在確認信用卡訊息的「城市/city」好像加了奇怪的檢查
如果國家選台灣，這一欄必須以中文輸入區名，如「松山區」才可以成功checkout
Google checkout is broken in checking Taiwan credit card address and give some error message.
Please fix please, google.
